Hi, I’m Conni, the owner and baker behind Doubles Cookies.

I’ve been surrounded by people who love to cook and bake throughout my life, but in 2022, I set out to create my ideal version of the chocolate chip cookie. After many batches, trial and error, and forcing all my friends to try my latest recipe, Doubles Cookies was born!

Now, Doubles is a Minneapolis-based cottage bakery that specializes in small batch cookies and other sweet treats. Although Doubles is currently a side hustle, I hope that my passion for creating and sharing food with high quality ingredients (we love using Valrhona chocolate, King Arthur flour, Maldon sea salt, Nielsen-Massey vanilla, Plugra European-style butter, just to name a few) and creative flavor combinations shines through. Doubles was made to feel and taste homemade, but better.

Doubles is proud to be located in the North Loop neighborhood on Minneapolis. We especially love to do local pop-ups and continue to invest in the neighborhood.
